I lead residential construction projects so strong teams do their best work. I am calm in the room, direct when it counts, and focused on helping people make decisions that hold under pressure.
I have spent 25+ years in residential construction alongside architects, designers, and builders. I trained with the Black Swan Group in negotiation and with Erickson Coaching International in executive and leadership coaching. I recently completed Erickson’s High-Performance Team Coaching program and am now moving into their Advanced Team Coaching track. That mix lets me blend structure with solution-focused coaching, so conversations stay practical, future oriented, and grounded in what actually moves a project forward.
My style is empathy led and solution focused. I listen for what is not being said, surface concerns early, and keep people in problem-solving mode instead of blame. Owners get clear options instead of noise. Teams feel heard, respected, and aligned on what happens next.
